Appointment of a Member of the Management Board of STALPROFIL S.A.

On December 11, 2025, the Supervisory Board of STALPROFIL S.A. adopted a resolution on increasing the composition of the Management Board of STALPROFIL S.A. to four persons and appointing Mr. Marek Mazurek to the enlarged Management Board for the term of office 2023-2027, entrusting him with the position of Vice-President of the Management Board for Capital Group Development.

The appointed member of the Management Board does not conduct any activity competitive to the activity of the issuer, does not participate in a competitive company as a partner in a civil partnership, partnership or as a member of a body of a capital company, and does not participate in another competitive legal person as a member of its body and is not entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained pursuant to the Act on the National Court Register.
