Information regarding the conclusion of a contract between STALPROFIL S.A. and O.G.P. Gaz-System S.A. for the execution of construction works involving the reconstruction of the DN700 and DN400 Jarosław–Sędziszów gas pipelines in the locality of Świlcza.

With reference to Current Report No. 18/2026 dated July 29, 2026, the Management Board of STALPROFIL S.A. (the "Company" or "Contractor") announces that on October 16, 2026, it was informed of the conclusion of a contract between STALPROFIL S.A. and the gas transmission system operator, Gaz-System S.A., based in Warsaw (the "Employer"). The subject of the contract is the execution of a project titled: "Construction works for the reconstruction of the DN700 and DN400 Jarosław-Sędziszów gas pipelines in the town of Świlcza."
The value of the works covered by the contract, including a maximum potential price adjustment (valorization) of 10% of the remuneration, will not exceed PLN 42,832,831.80 net. The Contractor is required to complete the works within 24 months from the date of the contract's signing—that is, from October 15, 2026.
