Information regarding the conclusion of a contract between STALPROFIL S.A. and O.G.P. Gaz-System S.A. for construction works related to the reconstruction of the DN500 Tworzeń – Szopienice gas pipeline.

With reference to Current Report No. 20/2026 dated August 19, 2026, the Management Board of STALPROFIL S.A. (the "Company" or "Contractor") announces that on October 1, 2026, an agreement was concluded between STALPROFIL S.A. and Operatorem Gazociągów Przesyłowych Gaz-System S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (the "Ordering Party") for the execution of the project titled "Reconstruction of the DN500 Tworzeń – Szopienice gas pipeline – execution of construction works."
The value of the works covered by the agreement, including the maximum potential price adjustment of 10% of the remuneration, will not exceed PLN 34,441,341.00 net, and the works are to be completed by the Contractor within 24 months of the agreement's signing date.
