Correction of the Consolidated Annual Report of the Stalprofil SA Capital Group

The Management Board of STALPROFIL SA informs about the correction of the Consolidated Annual Report of the Stalprofil SA Capital Group for the financial year 2022, published on April 28, 2023.
The correction applies only to the Report of the STALPROFIL SA Capital Group on non-financial information for 2022 and consists in presenting in the Report of the STALPROFIL SA Capital Group on non-financial information for 2022 information from Art. 8 disclosed pursuant to Art. 8 of Regulation (EU) No 2020/852 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 18 June 2020 on establishing a framework to facilitate sustainable investment, amending Regulation (EU) 2019/2088 ("EU Taxonomy") as required by Annex II to the Regulation Commission Delegated (EU) 2021/2178 of 6 July 2021 supplementing Regulation (EU) 2020/852 of the European Parliament and of the Council by specifying the content and presentation of information relating to environmentally sustainable economic activities to be disclosed by undertakings subject to Article 19a or 29a of Directive 2013/34/EU, and specifying the method of meeting this obligation to disclose information ("Regulation 2021/2178") and supplementing it with the information required by Art. 8 section 6 and 7 of Regulation 2021/2178 (on activities related to nuclear energy and natural gas).
As part of the correction, on pages 29-34 of the Report of the STALPROFIL SA Capital Group on non-financial information for 2022, tables "Percentage of turnover of the STALPROFIL SA Capital Group due to products or services related to business activities consistent with the EU taxonomy in 2022" are included; "Percentage of investment outlays of the STALPROFIL SA Capital Group for products or services related to business activities in accordance with the EU taxonomy in 2022"; "Percentage of operating expenses of the STALPROFIL SA Capital Group due to products or services related to business activities consistent with the EU taxonomy in 2022" and tables regarding the information referred to in Art. 8 section 6 and 7 of Regulation 2021/2178 (information on activities related to nuclear energy and natural gas), prepared according to the templates in Annex XII to Regulation 2021/2178.
