Recommendation of the Management Board of STALPROFIL SA regarding the amount of dividend for 2023

On April 17, 2024, the Management Board of STALPROFIL SA adopted a resolution on submitting an application to the Ordinary General Meeting of STALPROFIL SA with a proposal to divide the net profit generated by the Company in 2023, recommending the allocation of PLN 5,250,000.00 as a dividend to the Company's shareholders, which gives PLN 0.30 dividend for each share.
The proposal concerns covering all 17,500,000 shares issued by the Company with dividends.
At the same time, the Management Board will submit an application to the Ordinary General Meeting of STALPROFIL SA, with a proposal to set the dividend right date for August 21, 2024 and the dividend payment date for September 11, 2024.
