Contents of draft resolutions of the Ordinary General Meeting of STALPROFIL S.A. convened for 16 May 2019

The Management Board of STALPROFIL S.A. submits the content of draft resolutions that will be the subject of the session of the Ordinary General Meeting of STALPROFIL S.A., convened for 16 May 2019. All draft resolutions were positively evaluated by the Supervisory Board of STALPROFIL S.A.
At the same time, the Management Board of the Company presents in the attachment the Report on the activities of the Supervisory Board of STALPROFIL S.A. in 2018, which will be presented during the session of the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company.
