Selection of offers submitted by STALPROFIL S.A. as the most advantageous in the proceedings for the construction of the DN1000 gas pipeline Pogórska Wola - Tworzeń, Part 1 and 2

With reference to the current report 10/2019 dated 8 March 2019, the Management Board of STALPROFIL S.A. informs that on 19 April 2019 the Company received information about the selection by OGP Gaz-System S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (the Contracting Party) of offers submitted by STALPROFIL S.A. (Contractor) as the most advantageous in the public procurement procedure for the execution of construction works for the investment named "Construction of the Pogórska Wola - Tworzeń DN1000 MOP 8.4 MPa gas pipeline with associated facilities and infrastructure necessary for its operation, broken into 3 Parts".
The Contracting Party notified the Company that on the basis of the tender evaluation criteria, the following bids submitted by STALPROFIL SA were selected as the most advantageous:
1. Offer submitted for Lot No. 1 - section Pogórska Wola - Pałecznica, about 78 km long and net value 272 898 762.14 PLN,
2. Offer submitted for Lot No. 2 - section Pałecznica-Braciejówka about 56 km long and net value PLN 141,000,000.00.
The implementation of the said investments described in point 1 and 2 should take place within 28 months from the date of conclusion of contracts between the Contracting Party and the Contractor.
The conclusion of agreements with OGP Gaz-System S.A. for the execution of the aforementioned construction works will be immediately notified by a separate current report.
