Conclusion of the Agreement for the supply of insulated steel pipes DN1000 to OGP Gaz-System SA by the subsidiary Izostal SA

In reference to the current report No. 13/2021 of May 14, 2021, the Management Board of STALPROFIL SA (the Company) informs that on June 8, 2021, it learned about the conclusion of a Partial Agreement between the subsidiary Izostal SA (Contractor) and OGP Gaz-System SA with its seat in Warsaw (Ordering Party).
The subject of the concluded Agreement is the production, sale and delivery of DN1000 externally insulated and internally painted steel pipes for the investment project carried out by OGP Gaz-System SA - Gustorzyn-Wronów gas pipeline, order 1, approximately 75 km long.
The contract value is PLN 169.7 million net, which is PLN 208.7 million gross.
The Contractor will perform the Subject of the Agreement from October 15, 2021 to April 30, 2022.
The detailed conditions under which the Partial Agreement will be implemented, including the description of contractual penalties, are set out in the Framework Agreement, about which the Company informed in the current report No. 29/2019 of August 16, 2019.
The Management Board of the Company considers the described Agreement to be significant due to its high value. The concluded Agreement will have an impact on the increase in revenues of the STALPROFIL SA Capital Group in the period of its implementation.
