Dates of publishing financial reports in 2015

Management Board of Stalprofil SA informs about fixed dates of publishing financial reports in 2015:
1) Quarterly reports
- consolidated quarterly report for Q1 2015 - 15.05.2015
- consolidated quarterly report for Q3 2015 - 13.11.2014
2) Half-year reports
- consolidated half-year report for the first half-year of 2015 including shortened half-year financial statement - 28.08.2015
3) Annual reports
- standalone annual report for 2014 - 20.03.2015
- consolidated annual report for 2014 - 20.03.2015
According to § 83 cl. 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance Stalprofil SA will not publish separate quarterly reports but consolidated quarterly reports inluding quarterly financial information. The Management Board declares that, pursuant to § 102 cl. 1 and § 101 cl. 2 RMF the Company will not publish quarterly report and the consolidated quarterly report for the fourth quarter of 2014 and the second quarter of 2015.
