Correction of the information on the estimated impact of extending the term of construction of the pipeline DN 700 Szczecin-Gdańsk, Phase II-IV on Stalprofil SA Capital Group's net profit

In addition to the current report 30/2014 dated December 23, 2014, the Board of Stalprofil SA announces that on 20 February 2015 it received information about adjustement made by the management of the subsidiary ZRUG Zabrze SA (consortium leader executive) of the forecasted level of profitability of the final contract for the "Construction of the pipeline DN 700 Szczecin-Gdańsk, Phase II-IV", which led to further deterioration of the estimated financial results ZRUG Zabrze SA and consolidated results of Stalprofil SA Capital Group for 2014.
By increasing the cost of the contract, as well as write-downs on the company's assets, ZRUG Zabrze SA showed negative financial result for 2014, which will diminish consolidated net profit of Stalprofil SA Capital Group attributable to shareholders of the dominant entity not as originally planned by the amount of 10,822 thousand PLN, but by the amount of 14,205 thousand PLN.
Publication of the financial statements of Stalprofil for 2014, which will include the full financial results of the Group, will take place on March 20, 2014.
