Signing the loan agreement with Bank Zachodni WBK SA

In reference to the current report 2/2015 the Board of Stalprofil SA informs that on February 26, 2015, the Company entered with Bank Zachodni WBK SA with its registered office in Wrocław multiline credit agreement, replacing existing contracts of short-term credit limits, from which the Company benefited in the bank.
Following the conclusion of the agreement with multiline, the Company will be able to use until 25th January 2016 a line of credit with a value of PLN 23,000,000, made available in the form of the following banking products:
- Revolving working capital facility of up to PLN 10,000,000 PLN
- Revolving working capital facility in EUR to EUR 500,000
- Revolving credit to the amount of PLN 10,000,000
As a result of the conclusion of a multiline total credit limit (including long-term credit and limit for letters of credit) granted to the Company by BZ WBK SA has not changed and is still 38 million PLN.
Granted by the Bank credit limits are used by the Company to finance current operations. The financial terms on which the Company will benefit from the assigned limits do not differ from those commonly used in the market for such contracts and are based on WIBOR + margin. The Company considers the agreements as significant as their total value exceeds 10% of the equity of the issuer.
The collateral of provided by Bank credit lines are so far: pledge on commercial goods (metallurgical products) owned by Stalprofil SA of the net price of PLN 10,000,000 registration and assignment of receivables from commercial contracts whose value is 27,500,000 PLN. Between the issuer and the Bank and its directors and supervisors there are no connections. Assets, which establishes limited property right to BZ WBK SA, the Company considers to be of significant value, because their value exceeds the PLN equivalent of 1 million euro.
