Recommendation of the Board of Stalprofil SA concerning the amount of the dividend for 2014

Management Board of Stalprofil SA on 05.03.2015 made rosolution to recommend to the Annual General Meeting of the Company proposed distribution of net profits in 2014, including dividend for shareholders of the Company in the amount of 1,750,000.00 PLN, which gives 0,10 PLN dividend per share.
Management Board will propose to the Annual General Meeting of Stalprofil SA the date to determine the right to the dividend on 15.07.2015 and the dividend payment date of 05.08.2015.
