Termination and signing of a credit agreement with BRE Bank SA

 On 28 June 2013, Stalprofil SA learned about signing by BRE Bank SA in Warsaw Corporate Branch in Katowice of an annex to the revolving credit agreement in the amount of PLN 10 million, under which this agreement was terminated on the basis of mutual agreement. Termination of the agreement with BRE Bank SA was at the request of Stalprofil SA and held in accordance with the Company\'s credit policy.
At the same time Stalprofil SA learned about signing by BRE Bank SA in Warsaw of a credit agreement for a revolving long-term loan with financing from EBI in the amount of PLN 10 million. That loan was granted to the Company for the period 29.06.2015 to finance current operations.
Stalprofil SA may use the credit limit at BRE Bank SA for a total amount of 35 million PLN, including, in addition to the above-mentioned loan, from:
- Long-term revolving credit in the amount of PLN 10 million, by 09.25.2014,
- Multi-currency loan in the current account in the amount of PLN 15 million, by 01.30.2014.
The Company considers the agreements to be significant because their total value exceeds 10% of the equity of the issuer. The financial terms of which the Company will use the granted limits do not differ from those commonly used for such contracts and are based on WIBOR + margin.
Basic legal safeguards for the total credit limit of BRE Bank SA have not changed and consist of a pledge on commercial goods owned Stalprofil SA with a total net value of fixed prices at the level of 31 mln PLN and made to the Bank of assignment of receivables due Stalprofil SA commercial contracts with an estimated value of 4 million PLN.
