Contracts for supply of steel from ArcelorMittal Commercial Sections S.A.

On 21 November 2013 Stalprofil SA (the recipient) has received confirmation of complex commercial contracts from ArcelorMittal Commercial Sections S.A., based in Luxembourg (supplier), for delivery in the month of November of steel produced by steel mills belonging to the ArcelorMittal Group, and thus entered into subsequent transactions of purchase of steel products with a value of 17 147 thousand PLN.
As a result of the conclusion of the transaction, the total value of contracts concluded by Stalprofil SA Group with entities of ArcelorMittal from 18 September 2013 (from the date of publication of current report no. 34/2013) exceeded 10% of its equity and amounted to 43 911 thousand PLN. ArcelorMittal Group is the largest steel producer in the world, as well as in Poland, and at the same time is a major supplier of steel products for Stalprofil SA

The highest value transaction contained in the aforementioned period between the parties was transaction of purchase of steel products (orders confirmed by the supplier) signed in October 2013 on the value of 26 764 thousand PLN and on the supply of steel products manufactured by ArcelorMittal Ostrava A.S., based in Ostrava, ArcelorMittal Esch-Belval, Differdange, Luxembourg Rodange and ArcelorMittal Poland S.A. with its registered office in Dąbrowa Górnicza. These deliveries were made for Stalprofil SA in October 2013.
Terms of the transaction in question do not provide for liquidated damages and do not differ from those commonly used for this type of trade agreements.
Purchases of steel contained with the contractor meet the criterion of a significant agreement because their total value exceeds 10% of the equity of the issuer.
