Information regarding the death of a member of the Supervisory Board of STALPROFIL S.A.

The Management Board of STALPROFIL S.A. announces with deep regret the passing of Mr. Adam Wdowiak, a member of the Company’s Supervisory Board, on September 18, 2026. Mr. Adam Wdowiak had served as a member of the Supervisory Board since November 24, 2022.
The Management Board also informs that, in accordance with the Company’s Articles of Association, the Supervisory Board may continue to operate with a reduced number of members until the vacancy is filled at the next General Meeting.
