Conclusion of an agreement with OGP Gaz-System S.A. for supply of insulated steel pipes for construction of gas pipeline DN1000 Zdzieszowice-Wrocław

The Board of STALPROFIL S.A., in reference to current report 32/2016 dated 25 November 2016, that on December 20, 2016 it received information about signing by OGP Gaz-System S.A. (Employer) agreement between the consortium of companies comprising of IZOSTAL S.A. and STALPROFIL S.A. and OGP Gaz-System S.A. with its seat in Warsaw.

The contract covers supply of insulated externally and internally painted steel pipes for the investment project implemented by OGP Gaz-System S.A. - Pipeline DN1000 Zdzieszowice-Wrocław with length of 60 km. The part of a consortium responsible for production and delivery of insulated steel pipes to OGP Gaz-System S.A. is the subsidiary IZOSTAL S.A. (Consortium Leader).

The value of the contract is 118 880 thousand PLN net, which is 146 222 thousand PLN gross. Implementation of the agreement will take place in the period from 1 August 2017 to 31 January 2018. Implementation of the agreement will have therefore a significant impact on the increase in the revenues of the subsidiary IZOSTAL S.A. and STALPROFIL S.A. Capital Group in the second half of 2017.
